The best was his weekly mails (in average 3 per week) that selected the 2-3 bedroom apartments with terraces that we were looking for with a maximum budget that we had told him we could spend. When we arrived to the Costa del Sol he neatly organized the viewings to about 15 properties that we had previously selected and took us to all the viewings until we found "the one".
