When you pay the reservation (20-30%) for a new development property with us before The End Of 2025, we will give you 1% of the purchase price back. For example, if you buy a €400,000 property, you’ll receive €4,000 back — either as bank transfer, payment for the lawyer, or towards our furniture packages.
Are all properties included in this offer?
This offer is valid for all new development properties on the Costa del Sol that we collaborate with (99%). This includes, but does not limit to, projects in Marbella, Estepona, Benahavis, Mijas, Fuengirola, Casares, and more.
Is this cashback deducted from the purchase price?
No — the property price remains the same. Your 1% reward is paid directly by us, as a thank-you for buying through our agency. It doesn’t affect the sale price or your financing.
Can I still get help with legal services, financing, or furniture?
Absolutely. We’re a full-service agency. We help with lawyers, mortgages, NIE numbers, bank accounts, renovations, and furnishing your new home — including key-ready packages if you want to rent it out or move in immediately.
I’m already working with another agent — can I still qualify?
You qualify only if you reserve a property directly through us. If you’ve viewed properties with another agency or signed an exclusivity agreement, we recommend checking the terms first. If not, we’d be happy to represent you and provide the 1% cashback.
What if I’m not ready to buy yet?
