A building with six floors above ground and one floor below ground has been planned. The floors above ground are distributed into: Ground floor for parking, common areas and homes and the five upper floors for one and two bedroom homes. All homes are provided with exterior terraces with direct access from all living rooms. The ground floor of the homes is raised one meter above the parking and urbanization level to provide more privacy. A common area is planned inside the plot equipped with: gym, outdoor area with barbecue, green spaces and community pool.
